Meet Debbie – business woman, mentor, speaker, educator and the club industry’s most trusted advisor
Known to many as ‘the Erin Brokovich’ of the finance and business community, Debbie has built her reputation on ensuring that her clients are educated and protected from unethical contracts.
Drawing on her 30 year career in corporate banking and finance and her extensive university lecturing experience, she has devoted the last 20 years to training and advising the Club industry.
Recognising a need for clubs to have access to completely independent advice as well identifying training gaps, Debbie launched Clubs without Borders, a ‘one-stop’ independent resource and training hub for clubs across Australia.

Debbie’s keynote presentation “Climbing the Ladder in Heels” is a story of her personal career journey through the male dominated corporate banking days of the 80’s and 90’s. Debbie is also a long-standing advocate and fund-raiser for the disadvantaged, a recipient of the Pride of Australia Award, and a three-time nominee for Business Woman of the Year.
